Sunbeam
Sunbeam was a manufacturer of bicycles, motorcycles and cars. It was founded in 1888 and had its headquarters in Wolverhampton, England. The company also produced aircraft during WWI and had several successes, like being the first British team to win a GP race.
However, in 1935 the company was purchased from receivership by Rootes Group, who continued the brand name. The company struggled to again in the 60s and despite being acquired by Chrysler, in 1976 the marque was discontinued.
