Plymouth
Plymouth was a marque / manufacturer of cars. It was founded in 1928 and had its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, US. Plymouth was owned and marketed by Chrysler and aimed for the low price market to compete with Ford and Chevrolet. Though originally building / designing its own vehicles in the later years of this brand it was selling mostly re-badged Chrysler, Dodge or even Mitsubishi models. When Chrysler became DaimlerChrysler a review of the brands carried was done and rather then dropping Dodge it meant the end of Plymouth in 2001.
