Škoda Auto is a manufacturer of mainly cars in the Czech Republic. Škoda was founded in 1895, though only since 1924 under its current name. Since 1991 Skoda is a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. Škoda's headquarters are in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic.
