This picture is a Citroen B14G produced 1927-1928. The B14 was the first Citroen with a flat vertical radiator. The car was an absolute sales success. 4 cyl, 1540cc, 22pk, topspeed 80km/h
Francois sorry, I'm terribly mistaken, this car is still a Citroen C4 IX 1932. At the Paris Salon in 1928, the C4-C6 Series presented to the public. The 4-cylinder C4 is actually a continuation of the B14, however, due to the higher hood of the C4 this car gets a modern and balanced appearance.
