I think it's a Bristol 410

It's certainly a Bristol 410 and if you go onto Wikipedia and search for Bristol 410 you will find this very car pictured from the other side but you can see the wheel cover is up again!!!

It is indeed a 410, but is non-standard in that it is missing the double trim lines along its flanks.
