I think this one is a Simca Vedette from around 1958

Well seen Roger, this car is indeed a Simca Vedette Chambord 1958 (second generation 1958-1961).
Engine 2.4L Aquillon side-valve V8 84Hp/4800 rpm.
The Simca Vedette was produced between 1954 and 1961 in Poissy France, also in Brasil and Australia.
The Simca Vedette was sold as the Ford Vedette in Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany at least until 1956.
