This is a De Tomaso Panthera with a ford V8 engine

It's a Pantera, if you search Panthera in Google you'll get nothing up. A Pantera was the car that got blown up in Canonball.

So a De Tomaso Pantera it is (Italian for Panther). Model in production between 1970 and 1991.
I recognise the 'T' now.
